Cancellation & No-Show Policy I value your time and appreciate your business. To provide the best service to all of my clients, I kindly ask you to follow my cancellation policy: 1. Cancellations & Rescheduling • I require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. • Failure to do so will result in being charged 50% of booked services. 2. No-Show Policy • If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of booked services. 3. Late Arrivals • I allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. After this, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment, which could result in a cancellation fee. 4. Emergency Exceptions • I understand that emergencies happen.
